Care and consideration is taken when packing your orders in a timely manner. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Orders with dish soap may take longer depending on the weekly curing as curing time changes with weather. Once we have processed your order, it’s time to ship it - yay!
Please note that we don't currently offer an overnight or two-day shipping option. We don’t ship Saturday, Sunday or nationally recognized holidays.
USPS Priority Mail Service is the standard mail service offered by USPS and is not an expedited offering. USPS Priority Mail Transit time can range from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur.
Shipping transit time estimates provided at checkout are based on your location, courier delays can sometimes occur. Ardent Goods is unable to make transit time guarantees and is not responsible for courier delays.
Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive the following email notifications
- Shipping Confirmation - We have finished processing your order and have handed off your package with the courier. At times it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan in the package to update the tracking history provided with your tracking number.
- Delivery Confirmation - Sent after the courier has scanned your package as delivered at the shipping address provided. Please be sure to secure your package in a safe place upon receiving the delivery confirmation email, Ardent Goods is not responsible for stolen packages.
We offer free USPS Priority Mail Shipping for orders over $100 for all domestic US orders.
If your package has been lost you must contact the carrier directly to report the lost package and file a location claim.
We are not responsible for stolen packages, if a delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier, you’ll need to contact your local police department to report a stolen package.
EARTH FRIENDLY SHIPPING
As a sustainable business, we take the materials we use and our overall impact very seriously. We choose recyclable or biodegradable shipping materials such as Kraft paper and padding and corrugated cardboard padding. When possible we reuse shipping supplies such as biodegradable peanuts or boxes.
We choose to use USPS as our standard courier because of their commitment to sustainability. They have over 7,000 walking routes, helping reduce carbon emissions and their priority mail boxes meet the Sustainable Forestry Initiative ® or Forest Stewardship Council ® certification standards and include at least 30% recycled content. The post office delivers your mail every day, why add another courier/more carbon emissions to the mix?
WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
To find out the location of your package, take a look at the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once you tap or click on the tracking number you will be redirected to the carrier website. Scroll down to Tracking History to see the history of your package with the carrier.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order with us. Packages that are returned to Ardent Goods due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded. All remaining funds to refunded will be provided upon inspection of the returned package. All goods must be in new condition.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES BY USPS
If you have an address that is undeliverable by USPS, please contact us prior to ordering to find out other carrier options or add “do not ship USPS” at notes in checkout.
Buyers remorse? We are happy to cancel your order as long as we have not shipped it. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and request to cancel your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We feel this is helpful in minimizing our carbon footprint. Please shop with a mindful approach and carefully review our policies and product information provided in each product description. IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If we’re planning to re-stock that item, you can sign up for the waitlist to be first in line for the next batch. Just visit the product page and enter your email address on the product page to join! You’ll be notified by email as soon as that product is back in stock. Adding your email does not sign you up for our newsletter.
SENDING A GIFT?Add a gift box and your items to your cart and we'll package up your custom gift for you. Don't forget to add your gift note in the gift box product page.
We are unable to offer corporate or bulk discounts or free shipping on bulk orders at this time.
