Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We offer sustainable gift tab and choosing wrapping. Add your items and the wrapping of your choice and don't forget to include your gift message in the notes at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package tracking history shows that it has been re routed or not yet delivered after 5 business days, contact us at hello@ardentgoods.co We'll contact USPS on your behalf.
If your package has been delivered and stolen from your address, you'll need to contact your local police department to report your item stolen.

What are your shipping practices?
We use kraft paper + padding and corrugated cardboard padding so that all of our shipping components can quickly biodegrade or be recycled.
Please note that some of our vendors product packaging includes plastic. If you require a plastic free shipment and want to confirm your items will ship plastic free, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@ardentgoods.co
