Dimensions

Each wrap is hand cut and handmade. The approximate size is 28" long and 5" wide and weighs 1.75-2 lbs.

How to Use

For warm therapy, microwave at 1 minute intervals, in order to provide relief for neck and back pain or soothe abdominal cramps. Alternative ways to warm would be using your dryer or a towel warmer

For cold therapy, place in freezer at least 30 minutes prior to use

Machine wash slipcover in cold water and tumble dry.

Spot Clean insert as needed. Insert must remain dry.

Ingredients

Insert has 4 separate pockets for the most versatile use. Slipcover is Handmade of 100% linen fabric, with cotton insert. Both with cotton thread and filled with natural food grade flaxseed.

Linen is Oeko-Tex tested for toxins and dyed with AZO free European reactive dyes.

Made without fragrance, botanical or essential oils.

Do you gift wrap?

What are your shipping practices?

We use kraft paper + padding and corrugated cardboard padding so that all of our shipping components can be recycled.

Occassionally a vendor will send us a bulk shipment with biodegradable peanuts. We save these to reuse with fragile shipments.
