Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We offer a scarf wrap that can be found in the gifts collection. Unlike paper wrap, the scarf wrap can be used by your receiver again and again. Add your items and scarf wrap to your cart. We will carefully arrange your items in an appropriate sized gift box and wrap the completed gift in the scarf wrap. Don't forget to leave your gift note at checkout. We'll transfer to a handwritten note. And of course, we never include a packing slip with gift orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package tracking history shows a lost package or that it has been re routed or not yet delivered after 5 business days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We'll contact the courier on your behalf.
If your package has been delivered and stolen from your address, you'll need to contact your local police department to report your item stolen.

What are your shipping practices?
We use kraft paper + padding and corrugated cardboard padding so that all of our shipping components can quickly biodegrade or be recycled.
Please note that some of our vendors product packaging includes plastic. If you require a plastic free shipment and want to confirm your items will ship plastic free, don't hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
