Burning a candle creates a calming atmosphere, reduces stress, improves mood, and enhances focus while providing ambient light and, in some cases, purifying the air.
Before Burning, be sure to trim the wick to 1/4 inch and empty out any debris from the candle. For a new candle, burn for a minimum of 20-30 minutes for the first burn. This will help the candle burn more evenly during the life of the candle. Do not leave burning candle unattended and keep flame away from moving air. Store you candle in a cool, dark and dry place.
The bowl can be reused as a trinket bowl after the wax has fully burned away.

Once your order is received we begin carefully processing your order. Taking the utmost care and appreciation with every order. We prepare all orders within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Transit
We'll ship with your chosen courier. UPS and USPS transit times vary between 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping address. We are located in California.

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS or UPS will send you an update within 2-5 business days, when your order is out for delivery.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Help minimize our carbon footprint by shopping with a mindful approach. We encourage customers to reach out to us to find a local retailer with our goods or ask questions about our products, before purchasing at hello@ardentgoods.co.
If you'd like to cancel your order before we've shipped it, reply to your order confirmation email with a cancelation request.
Please note: if a package is returned to sender a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Where's my package?
Once your order has been prepared and picked up by the courier, a shipment email will be sent to you. This email will contain your tracking number, simply click the number to see tracking history. Please allow 24 hours to update the tracking history.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrectly?
We take the utmost care when packing orders, we are so sorry to hear when an order does not arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, if your order arrives damaged or incorrectly with the following items:
- Picture of items received, including damage
- Picture of Shipping Box
- Order Number
How do I send a gift?
We love being part of your gifting process. You can choose a ready to gift option or add items in your cart and choose the complimentary gift service at checkout.
We will package your items in a cotton bag or box based on grouping and include your gift message with your shipment.
