Earth Friendly Packaging
Less than 10% of recyclable plastic is actually recycled, the rest is left to degrade in landfills for the next 400 years. We prioritize packaging that can be reused, such as our refillable Cast Iron balm. We opt for materials that can be recycled or will quickly biodegrade. Container end of life is just as important as the premium ingredients we use them for.
Small Batch Big Impact
We make our products by hand and collaborate with small local suppliers to bring you distinctive products while reducing our carbon footprint whenever possible. We manufacture in small batches to ensure the freshest product is delivered to you.
Shipping
Order Received
Once your order is received we begin carefully processing your order. Taking the utmost care and appreciation with every order. We prepare all orders within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Transit
We'll ship with your chosen courier. UPS and USPS transit times vary between 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping address. We are located in California.
Your Order is on the way
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS or UPS will send you an update within 2-5 business days, when your order is out for delivery.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?
Please confirm your address before checking out. If you notice an entry error in your order confirmation, please reply to the email with your correct address.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Help minimize our carbon footprint by shopping with a mindful approach. We encourage customers to reach out to us to find a local retailer with our goods or ask questions about our products, before purchasing at hello@ardentgoods.co.
If you'd like to cancel your order before we've shipped it, reply to your order confirmation email with a cancelation request.
Please note: if a package is returned to sender a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Where's my package?
Once your order has been prepared and picked up by the courier, a shipment email will be sent to you. This email will contain your tracking number, simply click the number to see tracking history. Please allow 24 hours to update the tracking history.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrectly?
We take the utmost care when packing orders, we are so sorry to hear when an order does not arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, if your order arrives damaged or incorrectly with the following items:
- Picture of items received, including damage
- Picture of Shipping Box
- Order Number
How do I send a gift?
We love being part of your gifting process. You can choose a ready to gift option or add items in your cart and choose the complimentary gift service at checkout.
We will package your items in a cotton bag or box based on grouping and include your gift message with your shipment.
