Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Unlabeled: minimum 24 per SKU/Scent
Custom label: minimum 48 per SKU/Scent
Total order minimum: $500

Cost

Cost per vessel will range. See individual product options below.

You have an option to ship us your vessel and label and we can do the work for you, including the pour the finish work and labeling. We charge $2.25/oz plus the cost of shipping to return the product to you complete.

Lead Time

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from payment. Shipping transit time is additional. Rush service may be available for an extra fee of 40% contact us in advance.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary on the order size, weight and your location (we are in the Bay Area California). If a package is returned to sender (e.g., due to duties or incomplete address), you are responsible for return shipping and any additional fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on private‑label products. All claims for shortage or damage must be documented with pictures and made within 5 calendar days of receipt. After review, we may issue an exchange or credit towards a future purchase. Shipping & handling charges are non‑refundable.

Cancellations / Order Changes

Because each order is custom‑made, you must notify us of any cancellations or changes by 9 AM PST on the calendar day after placing your order. After that time, supplies have been ordered and production has begun; therefore changes/cancellations cannot be accommodated.
